PUBLIC NOTICE

The Mayor and Council of the City of Bainbridge wish to notify the citizenry of the upcoming events pertaining to the FY 2025 operating budget:

1.              A special called Session of the Mayor and Council will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of presenting the FY 2025 operating budget to the Mayor and Council and a public hearing on the FY 20245 operating budget.

2.         The finalized budget for the FY 2025 fiscal year is scheduled to be adopted by the Mayor and Council at the regularly scheduled Session of the Mayor and Council to be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 6:30 P.M.

All the above Sessions of the Mayor and Council will be opened to the public and will convene at City Hall Council Chambers located at 101 South Broad Street.

Beginning August 30, 2024, the public may review a copy of the proposed budget at the city hall or at the public library between the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may also review the budget on the City’s website www.bainbridgecity.com.
